This Privacy Policy & Terms of Use (“Privacy Policy”), July 28, 2019, describes Healthcare Workforce Logistics, LLC’s (“HWL” or HWL) online data collection practices This Policy applies only to the information collected on the website at vms.hwlmsp.com ("Website"), and does not apply to information that HWL obtains about you from other sources.

  1. Consent. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your information in the manner we describe in this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Those Providers are asked to identify (i) resume content, (ii) specialty, (iii) Passport or Driver’s License numbers of providers, (iv) background verification; (v) any other information you choose to provide us, including employment history and references, subject to applicable laws and the terms of this Privacy Policy. By providing us with this information, you acknowledge that it may be forwarded, transmitted or otherwise viewed by our clients.

      We may use third party service providers to assist us in collecting and maintaining this personally identifiable information. However, we require such service providers to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
